How Returns Work
Unboxing Video is Mandatory
A clear, continuous unboxing video is required for all return, exchange, or damaged / wrong-item claims. The video must:
Claims without a valid unboxing video cannot be accepted — this protects both you and us against transit damage or mix-ups.

We accept returns and exchanges within 7 days of delivery. To be eligible:

Exchanges
Need a different size? We’re happy to exchange! Simply contact us within 7 days of delivery and we’ll arrange a swap. Exchanges are subject to availability.
If the replacement item is a different price, we’ll either charge or refund the difference accordingly.
Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we’ll notify you via email. If approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5–7 business days.
Please note: Original shipping charges are non-refundable. Return shipping is free for defective or incorrect items; otherwise, a flat ₹99 return shipping fee applies.
Damaged or Incorrect Items
Received a damaged or wrong item? We sincerely apologise. Please email us a photo along with your unboxing video within 48 hours of delivery at lilaandco.store@gmail.com and we’ll arrange an immediate replacement at no cost to you.
We take packaging seriously, but transit damage can occasionally occur. We’ll always make it right.
